st. patty's day

Are you ready for some Kalahari fun?  Everyone here is!  The countdown is ON!  I'm not sure if Q is more excited about the water park or her birthday - let's just say there is excitement.  Ah, look, she used to have a little chub.

Do you see what Haley is doing?  That's right, she is using the ipad.  No more electronic restrictions.  That means she cleaned out her spewing backpack.  Yay!!  She is also all green for the day.  I got the traditional salutation, "Happy St. Patrick's Day, Mom."  Has a holiday ever passed her by?  I believe she lives for them.

So, in true Haley fashion,
Did you know...

"Green ribbons and shamrocks were worn in celebration of St Patrick's Day as early as the 17th century.[11] He is said to have used the shamrock, a three-leaved plant, to explain the Holy Trinity to the pagan Irish, and the wearing and display of shamrocks and shamrock-inspired designs have become a ubiquitous feature of the day."
