The first day of spring break was kind of a bust. It rained all day! We cleaned out the garage, rented a dumpster, and filled it up! We also found a small leak in the ceiling of M & Q's room - ugh! Luckily, we called a roofing guy and it was a super easy fix - whew!! All adults involved would call it a successful day - I don't think the kids would agree.
Haley's low point today was when Robert and I decided (for no apparent reason) to taunt her by humming songs through straws (our favorite being "Auld Lang Syne"). It went on for a really long time. She seriously couldn't stand it - and let us know by screaming a few times. We wouldn't relent and she got really mad. The more mad she got the funnier we thought it was. Sometimes I wonder if we should be parents...
For some reason Quinny found her smoothie hysterical!! She was wonderful entertainment at dinner - lifted all our spirits.
