Hey kids (I'm talking to you, Mia),
always start your day with a healthy breakfast.
I'm totally cool with these choices.
 Cheerios are good and bananas are great!
 Please rethink these options.  They are not breakfast foods.

What if you pour them into a bowl and add juice?
